Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998, and the rules framed thereunder by the Government of Nagaland. By using this Site, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kohima, Nagaland, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site.

Dispute resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the competent civil courts in Kohima, Nagaland. Nothing in this clause limits the right of the Nagaland State Lottery to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
